Okay. So, um. In a way, yes, actually. The underside of my arms are suddenly green and scaly, and I don't know how that happened. Am I turning into a lizard?!

Ok. So that's not what I was expecting. Lizard isn't on my Hell Bingo Card.

Does it come off if you rub or scratch at it? Does it hurt at all?

Sometimes the scales...shed, when I scratch hard enough. It doesn't hurt, exactly. You know how your skin gets after a really bad sunburn and it starts to peel? It feels like that, and slightly colder than the rest of my skin.

I'm kind of wondering if I'm about to grow a tail.

Figuratively. The Free Space was occupied by my pet spiders, but they seem to have disappeared since I was gone brainwashed for a few weeks.

Hell transformations seem to lean on the demonic side, so probably not a Connors-style Lizard.

Maybe you'll get lucky and turn into a dragon?

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that. I really liked those spiders.

Hopefully not. I kind of wish the scaly skin wasn't green, too. I kind of hate the color green now.

OH man! Do you think I could learn to breathe fire?! That would be so cool, and come in handy!

I'm thinking they realized I wasn't coming back and there was no reason to stay. My room is still full of their webs, so at least they waited a little bit before abandoning me.

Well, this place seems to take whatever you hate the most and give it to you. Hence my two lovely presents.

Fire-breathing Spider-Dragon-Man would be a formidable foe, I'd say.

Well, maybe you'll see them again someday! Maybe they can sense you returning or something. That would be really cool!

Yeah, I'm guessing that's the reason for the green. Watch, I'm going to end up with purple scales on my chest next.

It would have really come in handy when I was fighting Thanos and his army, but better late than never right?

Don't know about that. Real spiders don't have much loyalty if there's no food incentive.

Fire breathing would be an awesome skill against Sandman, I just realized. Turn him to instant glass.

Huh. I mean, I can understand that, in a way. I can certainly be bribed with a bagel or pizza...

Oh man! That would be. I wonder if it would hurt him though.

[Hopefully the Sandman he met is able to get back to his daughter and family; hopefully the cure sticks.]

Yeah, I'm pretty food motivated, too.

He always comes back. I can't even tell you how many times I've defeated him.

I mean, food is one of the best motivations out there. Especially New York food.

As far as I know, he still does. But then, I thought he died a few times already and he keeps coming back.

If I ever get home, I'm going to get one of everything deep fried I can find. I don't care if I give myself a heart attack.

Man, that sounds like such an awesome plan! I think I basically just have Ramen to look forward to when I get home. I don't think I can afford even sidewalk hotdogs.

Wow, that's just sad. I mean, I've had my share of Ramen Weeks, too, but everyone deserves food from a street cart.

I think he once said that as long as one grain survives, he can rebuild himself. But that's a hell of an existence.

I think I need to figure out my budget before I can really start putting aside money for street cart food. Although, it would probably help if I stopped going out for coffee. >.>

Yeah, I've tried pretending too and as you can probably guess, it's not going that well.
